Jim

Yesterday Jim deteriorated very suddenly and we made the decision that it was time to let the big fella go. So last night his favourite vet came and laying n between his Daddy's legs eating his favourite sweeties and surrounded by his pack Jim left us.

There are no words to describe the utter desolation we feel.

Hi Sue, I've just heard about Jim's passing from Sue & Song. Mums & I are so sorry; it's hard enough without all your other worries. We wish we could say something to help you, which we guess is impossible right now. Hold on to the knowledge that your dogs are loved & cherished and you do your very best for them all. It's the most you can ever do. Deccy & Mums x

So very sorry, Sue. I hadn't realised I was a couple of blog posts behind when I commented earlier. And now Lucky too. I really don't know what to say. Such a heartbreaking time for you. You, your family, Lucky (and Jim) are in my thoughts. Words are so inadequate at times like this. I wish I could give you a big hug and help in some way. Take care.

Popped over from Song's blog. So very sorry to hear of Jim's passing. It's never easy. We just had let our old gal go last week. It will take a while before I can think of her without tearing up. And now Lucky with osteo. Hopefully all the warm thoughts from the greyhound community will give you some comfort.
