Day 11

Day 11 1st October Longformacas to Cockburnspath 17 miles

T shirts arrived at B & B just as they were setting off on the final day!

Beautiful weather today, all enjoyed the final day and aches and pains were forgotten! as they reached the official ending place.

the walk doesn't actually finish on the coast but no way were they not going down to it after walking across the whole of Scotland, so a 1 mile detour was in order.

 and as they came off the beach they met a greyhound out walking with his owner which was a rather fitting end to the walk

and they have not only reached the target of £2,750 but have gone past it, will add the final amount for tomorrow.
